What do I need to do before you come?
Call and tell us where the tub sits, whether it still holds water and whether it is still wired in. We go over what has to happen first before the day of the job.
What if it won't fit through my gate?
A hot tub usually won't clear a side gate in one piece, so we cut it into sections where it sits. It's the normal way we do it.
Can you get it off a raised deck?
Yes. If any decking has to come off for access, we point it out and price it before we start.
Do you take the cover and the steps too?
Yes. The tub, the cover, the steps and the equipment all go on the same truck.
How is it priced?
