Do you remove load bearing walls?
No. We only take out non structural walls. If there's any doubt about a wall, we'll say so and recommend a structural engineer look at it first.
Do you handle plaster walls?
Yes. Plaster over lath is heavier, so the price reflects that.
How is demolition priced?
On site, after we walk the job. It depends on the size, materials, access and how much there is to haul. You get a quote before we start.
Do you haul it all away?
Yes. Every demolition job includes the haul away. The same crew tears it down, loads it and takes it with us. No dumpster and no separate hauler.
