Can you take out the concrete pad too?
Yes, as an add-on. Concrete is priced separately because it's heavier work. Mention it when you call and we'll include it in the quote.
What about block or brick garages?
Block and brick walls take more labor and can need special equipment. Call and describe it and we'll tell you what's involved.
How is demolition priced?
On site, after we walk the job. It depends on the size, materials, access and how much there is to haul. You get a quote before we start.
